Welcome to PDLUP (“we,” “the App,” or “the Service”). By accessing or using our website and applications at pdlup.com, including web and mobile apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PDLUP provides tools for creating, managing, and sharing padel tournaments, matches, leaderboards, and club activities. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the tournament data, player lists, match results, and other content you create. By using the Service, you grant PDLUP a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Some features require a Pro subscription.
• Subscriptions may be billed through web payment providers or through Apple App Store and Google Play Store billing systems.
• Subscription access may include feature limits such as tournaments, groups, or courts.
• Subscription status and entitlement information may be synchronized across devices using third-party subscription management platforms (e.g., RevenueCat).
• We do not store full credit card or payment card details on our servers.

5. Mobile App Purchases

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled directly by the respective platform according to their store policies. Subscription access may be synchronized across web and mobile devices through third-party subscription management services to enable cross-platform feature access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Abuse sharing features or impersonate other users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be updated, or discontinued at any time.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PDLUP is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
