Tournament and match data you create (tournament name, player lists, match types such as Americano, Mexicano, King of the Court (KOTC), scores, leaderboards, and other management data).
Admin or live sharing access you grant to other users.

1.3 Automatic Information

Anonymous technical data such as browser type, operating system, and access time, collected automatically for analytics and performance improvements.

1.4 Subscription & Payment Information

If you subscribe to a Pro plan, billing information may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. We only store subscription status and related billing metadata necessary to provide premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the core app services like creating, managing, and sharing padel tournaments.
To store and display tournament, player, score, and leaderboard data.
To allow you to log in and manage tournaments you create.
To improve the app’s performance and functionality.
To manage subscription plans, feature access, and usage limits.

We do not use your information for advertising or sell your data to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

We only share your data under these conditions:

With your consent, when you explicitly share a tournament link or grant admin access to others.
For technical purposes, such as data storage on third-party services we use (e.g., Supabase for authentication and database).
With payment processors and infrastructure providers strictly for operating the Service.
If required by law, to respond to lawful requests from government authorities.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Delete your account and all related data.
Request a copy of your personal data that we store.
Withdraw your consent at any time by stopping the use of our service.
